A little about who we are, and what we do
Andy Walter established On Call Carpets in 1999, using his ten years-plus experience in the flooring trade to set up a flooring company that could offer the highest standards of fitting and customer care at affordable prices.
On Call Carpets now has the advantage of having over 30 years of specialist knowledge. We pride ourselves on putting that expertise into supplying the correct carpeting and flooring products for each location, all of which are fitted to the highest standards and supplied at the best possible price.
- On Call Carpets -We supply and fit domestic and commercial carpets and vinyl – Commercial and Domestic.
- Experience – We have many years of experience in providing our customers with a totally trustworthy service. Our commercial and domestic flooring services have been built up over the past 30 years, serving many regular as wells as new, clients.
- Convenience – Once you have contacted us, we will arrange to visit you at a convenient time. During this visit, we will discuss your requirements, measure the areas, show you the various options and then produce a non-obligatory quote.
- Meet your budget ~ We will always endeavour to find the most cost-effective floor covering to suit your budget.
- Guidelines with durability ~ We only use flooring products that are manufactured to a set specification and therefore guaranteed to last a certain time and take a reasonable degree of wear and tear. We will always give our best advice regarding your choice.
- Moving Furniture (domestic) ~ We can move domestic furniture but need prior warning. We ask for breakables to be removed and any cabinet or piece of furniture to be moved must be emptied by yourselves, so we can move it on the day of the carpet fitting.
- Moving Furniture (commercial) ~ We would need to discuss your situation. We cannot move computers or electrical equipment but some movement of desks for example, would be possible with prior agreement.
- Disposal of existing flooring ~ We uplift and dispose of your old flooring and remove it to a licensed waste company.
- Our Fitters ~ All of our flooring and carpet fitters are highly experienced and have passed all the necessary courses to complete the work with confidence and efficiency.
- Local area ~ We cover the general local Kent area and also the whole of the south east -including London for larger projects.
- Guarantees and warranties ~ All of our products and flooring services are fully guaranteed and carry manufacturers’ warranties.
- After-care Service~ If, after satisfactory completion of the work, you have any concerns with the product or service, we are willing return to rectify or give advice. We will never leave our customers with unanswered issues relating to any work that we have carried out. Our many returning customers are testament to the high quality and integrity of our service.
